4 slices French or sourdough bread
3 tablespoons E&V Apple Cranberry Pear Chutney
6 ounces Brie, sliced
1 pear, cored and sliced
4 strips bacon, cooked
2 tablespoons butter
Preparation & Cooking Instructions
On one side of bread layer 1 ½ tablespoons E&V Apple Cranberry Pear Chutney, Brie, bacon and pear, top with other slice of bread. Melt ½ tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium low heat and toast sandwich starting with cheese side down until well toasted, flip and repeat on other side. Repeat process with second sandwich.
