Tressa grew up in a home where food was at the heart of family life. Dinnertime was sacred, and her mother—an adventurous cook and devoted Julia Child fan—often filled the table with new and unusual dishes. From bubbling pots of mysterious stews to roasts and even escargot, trying the unexpected was simply part of everyday life.

As Tressa grew older and developed a passion for health and fitness, she set out to create foods that were both delicious and natural—full of real flavor without compromise. In 1997, Earth & Vine Provisions was born in a small kitchen in Loomis, California, with one simple goal: to craft exceptional jams and cooking sauces using time-honored methods and the freshest ingredients.

Decades later, we remain true to that vision—cooking in small batches, sourcing fruits and vegetables locally whenever possible, and staying committed to the quality and care our customers have come to love.
