MEYER LEMON SCALLOPED POTATOES (Meyer Lemon Rosemary Marinade & Dressing)

2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
½ cup E&V Meyer Lemon Rosemary Marinade & Dressing
2 garlic cloves, crushed
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon sea salt

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut potatoes into thin slices, a mandolin works best for even slices. Mix together E&V Meyer Lemon Rosemary Marinade & Dressing, garlic, olive oil, rosemary and salt. Toss potatoes in mixture and layer potatoes in a ceramic baking dish.
Cover potatoes with foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6 to 8
