GRILLED HAM & CHEESE SANDWICH (Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade)
2 slices dark rye bread
2 tablespoons E&V Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade
3 ounces sliced ham
2 to 3 ounces sliced fontina cheese
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Spread both sides of the bread with 1 tablespoon E&V Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade and top both sides with cheese slices, sandwich ham in the center of bread slices. Heat ½ tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and grill one side of sandwich until cheese is melted and bread is well toasted, flip and repeat on other side until toasted.
