COUSCOUS ASPARAGUS CHICKEN (Honey Pear Vinaigrette)
1 cup cooked pearl couscous
3 asparagus spears, grilled
2 small carrots, grilled
½ grilled or baked chicken breast
1 tablespoon shaved Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons E&V Honey Pear Vinaigrette
Salt & pepper
Plate cooked couscous, top with asparagus, carrots, sliced chicken and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle E&V Honey Pear Vinaigrette over dish, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
