BAJA FISH TACOS (Mango Tequila Jalapeño Grilling & Dipping Sauce)

 Ingredients:

1/2 pound firm white fish, such as Halibut
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 ripe avocado, sliced
4 corn tortillas
1 bottle E&V Mango Tequila Jalapeño Grilling & Dipping Sauce
Sour cream
2 limes, cut into 4 wedges each
Hot sauce
Salt & pepper

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
In a skillet heat oil over medium heat, add fish and cook until flakey and white. Season with salt and pepper and remove from skillet. Warm tortillas over a flame. Place warm tortillas on plates and fill each with 1/4 of shredded cabbage and fish. Top each taco with 2 slices of avocado, drizzle with E&V Mango Tequila Jalapeño Grilling & Dipping Sauce and hot sauce to taste. Serves 2
