Grilled Shrimp & Mango Kabobs (Mango Tequila Jalapeño Grilling & Dipping Sauce)

 Ingredients:

1 bottle E&V Mango Tequila Jalapeño Grilling & Dipping Sauce
1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 large yellow or white onion, peeled and cubed
2 mangos peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
2 cups shredded cabbage
Cilantro leaves for garnish


Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Thread shrimp, mango and onion on pre-soaked wood skewers. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread shrimp, mango and onion alternately onto each of 8 skewers. Place skewers on a preheated, oiled grill. Grill 2 minutes on each side or until shrimp are done.  Brush with E&V Mango Tequila Jalapeño Grilling & Dipping Sauce right before removing from the grill. Plate kabobs on a 1/2 cup shredded cabbage and drizzle with more E&V Mango Tequila Jalapeño Grilling & Dipping Sauce. Serves 4
