SEARED AHI TUNA OVER RED QUINIA (Tangerine Chili Ponzu Marinade & Dipping Sauce)

Recipe Suggestion:

Ingredients:
Sushi grade Ahi tuna steaks
E&V Tangerine Chili Ponzu Marinade & Dipping Sauce
Avocado
Red or white quinia
Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste


Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Season Ahi tuni with salt and pepper. Heat one tablespoon olive oil in a skillet until hot but not smoking, sear tuna to desired doneness. Cook quinia according to package directions.
Slice tuna and avocado and layer on a bed of quinia. Drizzle with E&V Tangerine Chili Ponzu Marinade & Dipping Sauce.

Tressa's Tip: Serve with an arugula and orange salad.
