GOAT CHEESE STUFFED WON TONS (Red Bell Pepper Ancho Chili Jam)

1 package of square won ton wraps 
11 ounces goat cheese
1 small shallot clove, peeled & minced
1 small garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons walnuts, toasted and chopped
1 jar E&V Red Bell Pepper Ancho Chili Jam
Peanut or canola oil for frying

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Mix together goat cheese, 3 tablespoons of E&V Red Bell Pepper Ancho Chili Jam, shallots, garlic and walnuts. Fill each won ton wrapper with 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture, following folding instructions on won ton package. Heat oil in a medium size skillet to 350 degrees or until oil spatters. Fry 4 to 6 won tons at a time, turning once until golden, about 2 minutes, and drain on paper towels. Serve hot won tons with extra E&V Red Bell Pepper Ancho Chili Jam on the side. Yields approximately 35 won tons
