TERIYAKI MUSHROOM BURGER (Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade)

1.25 pounds lean hamburger meat, 8 ounces sliced mushrooms, 1 bottle E&V Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade, 1 tablespoon butter, 2 ounces radish sprouts, 1 small red bell pepper (sliced into thin rings), 4 sesame seed hamburger buns, mayonnaise, garlic salt and fresh cracked pepper.

Cooking & Preparation Instructions:
Mix 1/3 cup E&V Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade into hamburger meat and divid into 4 patties. In a skillet melt butter and sauté mushrooms over medium low heat for about 1 to 2 minutes, then add 1/3 cup E&V Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade and continue cooking for another 3 minutes, remove from heat and set aside. Salt and pepper hamburger patties and grill to desired doneness. Spread mayonnaise on hamburger buns and top with burger, sautéed mushrooms, bell pepper slices and sprouts. Serves 4
