LEMON CHICKEN CASHEW SALAD (Meyer Lemon Rosemary Marinade)

1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
4 green onions, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1/2 cup E&V Lemon Rosemary Marinade
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
¾ cups cashews
Green leaf lettuce

Preparation Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and serve on lettuce leaves.
Serves 2 to 3
