Opening Orders

MINIMUMS: Opening order $250.00 ~ Reorders $100. 

A copy of your State Retail Certificate and Federal Tax ID number must accompany your opening order before we can process and ship.  Please provide contact information along with complete shipping and billing address, phone number, fax number and email address.

CASE PACKS: All products are packed 6 per case. We do not split cases. 

TERMS: Opening orders are all shipped prepaid by AMEX, VISA, MC, DISCOVER or check.  A customer may apply for N30 terms on future orders if they have been an established business for at least one year.  You can either contact your Earth & Vine sales representative or contact Earth & Vine direct at 888.723.8463 or via email at customerservice@earthnvine.com for a credit application.

SAMPLES: Samples can be purchased at the time of ordering. A sample jar/bottle can be purchased of the same flavor for every 12 units of product ordered. We will ship samples at no charge on an opening order if requested. Sample Costs: Jams/Chutney, Cooking Sauces, Vinaigrettes, Finishing Sauces, Mustards = $1.50.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped F.O.B. Lincoln, CA via Federal Express Ground service or via LTL.

SHELF LIFE: All products have a 2 year shelf life with the exception of Cocktail Mixers (1 year), Dippers (1 year) Vinaigrettes 1.5 years)
