TURKEY & PEAR COBB SALAD (Honey Pear Vinaigrette)

1 large head Romaine lettuce (about 10 cups), washed, dried and chopped
8 ounces cooked turkey meat, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
1 cup dried cranberries
1 pear, cored and cubes
12 ounces bacon, cooked and chopped
10 ounces E&V Honey Pear Vinaigrette

Preparation Instructions:
Place ingredients in a large bowl or platter and toss with E&V Honey Pear Vinaigrette. Serves 4 large salads.

Tressa's Tip: This salad is a perfect "one dish" meal anytime of year. Substitutions: Use figs in place of pears, and chicken in place of turkey.
