PEAR COLESLAW (Honey Pear Vinaigrette)

1/4 cup E&V Honey Pear Vinaigrette
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 cups shredded cabbage, or precut coleslaw mixture
4 to 5 strips bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces
1 large Asian pear, grated
Salt and pepper

Preparation Instructions:
In a bowl whisk together E&V Honey Pear Vinaigrette, sour cream and mayonnaise. Toss with cabbage, bacon and pear. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4 to 6
