CRAB & APPLE SALAD (Honey Pear Vinaigrette)

1 pound crab meat
1 apple, cored and sliced
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
2/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup crumbled gorgonzola
2/3 cup E&V Honey Pear Vinaigrette
2/3 cup sour cream
6 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preparation Instructions:
Whisk together the last 3 ingredients, then toss all ingredients together and serve.           Serves 6 to 8
