SMOKED SALMON & BAGEL (Red Bell Pepper Ancho Chili Jam)


1 onion or regular flavored bagel
1 tablespoon cream cheese
2 ounces smoked salmon
2 thin slices red onion
2 tablespoons E&V Red Bell Pepper Ancho Chili Jam

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Toast bagel, spread cream cheese on one side, layer with smoked salmon and sliced onion, spread E&V Red Bell Pepper Ancho Chili Jam on other slice and sandwich together. Serves 1
