PRAWNS & MANGO (Key Lime Tangerine Chili Marinade & Dressing)

1 pound medium sized prawns
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large mango, or 2 cups cubed mango 
1 large bell pepper, cubed
3 green onions, sliced 
2 avocados, peeled and cubed 
6 large fresh mint leaves, cut into ribbons
8 ounces E&V Key Lime Tangerine Chili Marinade & Dressing 

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat, cook prawns with a pinch of salt added until done, a few minutes per side. Remove from hot skillet and let cool. Toss all ingredients together with E&V Key Lime Tangerine Chili Marinade & Dressing. Serve over a bed of greens, rice or grains of your choice.
