PEAR & BLUE CHEESE TART (Meyer Lemon Pear Marmalade)

1 sheet puff pastry
3 tablespoons E&V Meyer Lemon Pear Marmalade
2 Bartlett pears, sliced
3 ounces blue cheese crumbles

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unfold pastry sheet and place on non-stick foil lined baking sheet. Evenly spread E&V Meyer Lemon Pear Marmalade over puff pastry. Arrange pear slices over jam and top with crumbled blue cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Remove, let cool slightly and serve. Serves 6
