8 ounces mascarpone cheese
7 ounces marshmallow cream
4 ounces E&V Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce
1 pound strawberries
4 bananas, peeled and sliced thick
½ pineapple, peeled and cubed
10 to 12 ounce bag of butter cookies
Whip together mascarpone cheese, marshmallow cream and E&V Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce until smooth, pour into a small to medium size serving bowl. Arrange fruit and cookies on a wood board or platter with bowl of dessert cream and wood skewers.
