Ingredients:
1 whole wheat or sourdough English muffin
1 tablespoon E&V Red Bell Pepper Ancho Chili Jam
1 large egg
1 ounce smoked cheddar cheese
1 ounce sliced ham
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Toast English muffin and spread E&V Red Bell Pepper Ancho Chili Jam on one side. Fry egg to desired doneness and warm ham in skillet. Layer ingredients on muffin and top with other half. Serves 1
