BREAKFAST TOSTADO (Mango Tequila Jalapeño Grilling & Dipping Sauce)


6 tostada shells
15 ounce can refried beans
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
1 large ripe avocado
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion tops
E&V Mango Tequila Jalapeño Grilling & Dipping Sauce

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Warm beans in a pan or microwave. Spread beans over tostada shells and sprinkle with cheese. Fry eggs to desired doneness and slice avocado into thin slices. Place tostada shells under broiler and heat until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and plate, top with sliced avocado and fried eggs. Sprinkle with green onions and drizzle with E&V Mango Tequila Jalapeño Grilling & Dipping Sauce. Serves 6
