8 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup E&V Apple Cranberry Pear Chutney
2/3 cups dried cranberries
1/2 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
2 heaping tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
Preparation & Cooking Instructions
With an electric mixer, whip cream cheese and E&V Apple Cranberry Pear Chutney until well blended. In a shallow dish mix dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and mint. Form 8 small cheese balls and roll in cranberry-seed mixture until well coated. Place cheese balls on individual appetizer plates and serve with crackers.
Tressa's Tip: Substitute pumpkin seeds with peanuts or hazelnuts. Form 1 or 2 large cheese balls, place on larger plate with crackers.
