1 sourdough baguette
8 ounces crumbled blue cheese
1 jar E&V Spicy Apple Garlic Jam
Fresh thyme sprigs
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Slice baguette on an angle. Brush with a light coating of olive oil.
Top with a small tablespoon of blue cheese. Toast under broiler until cheese is melted and bread is lightly toasted around the edges, remove from oven and top with a teaspoon of E&V Spicy Apple Garlic Jam, garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
