PANCETTA & TOMATO BAGUETTE (Peach Chipotle Jam)

Ingredients:
1 - 6 inch baguette, sliced in half lengthwise
2 ounces pancetta, cooked
1 Campari or Roma tomato, sliced
2 romaine lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons E&V Peach Chipotle Jam
1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise

Preparations:
Spread one side of baguette with E&V Peach Chipotle Jam and the other with mayonnaise. Layer pancetta, tomato and lettuce, top with other slice of bread and serve. Serves 1

Tressa's Tip: Substitute bacon for pancetta If you prefer.
