GRILLED TURKEY & MOZZARELLA SANDWICH (Roma Tomato Chili Jam)
1 sandwich square of focaccia
2 tablespoons E&V Roma Tomato Chili Jam
½ small avocado, sliced
3 slices smoked turkey
3 slices fresh mozzarella
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
With a serrated knife cut focaccia in half horizontally. On one side of bread layer with E&V Roma Tomato Chili Jam, avocado slices, turkey and mozzarella, top with other slice of bread. In a skillet melt ½ tablespoon of butter over medium low heat and grill sandwich until well toasted. Remove sandwich with a spatula and melt the other ½ tablespoon of butter. Flip sandwich and toast other side. Enjoy warm with slightly melted cheese.
