For each sandwich you will need:
2 brioche bread slices
2 large strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons dark chocolate, slightly melted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
E&V Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce, for dipping.
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Whip eggs in a shallow bowl. Spread one side of brioche with melted chocolate and fan out sliced strawberries over chocolate. Top with second slice of bread and gently soak both sides of sandwich in eggs. In a skillet over medium heat melt 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Lay sandwich in melted cheese/butter and cook until golden golden and crispy. With a spatula gently lift sandwich out of skillet and melt another tablespoon of butter and Parmesan in skillet and gently place uncooked side of sandwich in skillet and cook until golden and crispy. Remove and serve with E&V Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce for dipping.
