CHOPPED PAPAYA CHICKEN SALAD (Papaya Chili Pineapple Marinade & Dressing)

1/2 cup E&V Papaya Chili Pineapple Marinade & Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon minced cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove, crushed or minced
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Fresh cracked pepper
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 avocados, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
6 ounces queso fresco, chopped
1 cup pre-cooked chicken, chopped

Preparation Instructions:
In a small bowl whisk together dressing ingredients. Place salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss with dressing. Serve immediately. Serve 6 to 8
