CARIBBEAN AMBROSIA SALAD (Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce)

2/3 cup E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Cointreau
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1 mango, cut into small cubes
2 kiwis, peeled, cut in half and sliced
2 oranges, segmented
2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into small chunks
4 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

Preparation Instructions:
In a small bowl whisk together E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce with Cointreau and sour cream. Gently toss mixture into fruit until well incorporated. Chill for an hour or two and serve. Serves 8 to 10

Tressa's Tip: Serve over angel food cake or pound cake for dessert.
