BLUEBERRY MANGO TART (Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce)

1 puff pastry sheet, thawed according to package directions
9" tart pan with removable base
2 mangos peeled and cut into medium small squares
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Roll out pastry sheet just large enough to fit tart pan. Gently place dough in tart pan, and pinch around edges. Prick bottom of dough several times with a fork, place foil on top of dough and place an oven proof plate in center. Bake for 15 minutes, remove pan from oven and remove plate and foil. Toss blueberries and mango with E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce. Fill tart pan with fruit mixture and bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for ten minutes, cut and serve with coconut or mango gelato. Serves 6
