CARIBBEAN BANANA TOAST (Caribbean Banana Finishing Sauce)


1/2 cup E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce
8 ounces Mascarpone cheese
8 slices whole grain sprouted berry bread, or bread of choice
4 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or macadamia nuts

Preparation Instructions:
Whip mascarpone cheese and E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce until smooth, toast bread and spread cheese mixture evenly over toast. top with sliced bananas and nuts of choice. Serves 4
