MEXICAN HOTDOGS (Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard)


4 hotdogs
4 hotdog buns
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
2 tablespoons E&V Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup guacamole, home made or store bought
1 medium tomato, chopped

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Cook hotdogs to your liking, broiled or grilled. Brush hotdog buns with olive oil or butter and toast buttered side down in a skillet over medium heat until golden browned. Whisk E&V Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard with mayonnaise. Place hotdogs in buns, top with guacamole, chopped tomatoes and drizzle with Chipotle mayo sauce. Serve with corn chips or potato chips.  Serves 4
