BABY GREENS & CHICKEN SALAD (Raspberry Shallot Vinaigrette)

5 ounces baby greens
6 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken
4 ounces grumbled goat cheese
1/3 cup dried cranberries
¼ cup chopped walnuts, toasted or candied
½ cup or more E&V Raspberry Shallot Vinaigrette
Salt & pepper

Preparation Instructions:
Toss all ingredients with desired amount of E&V Raspberry Shallot Vinaigrette, salt and pepper to taste, serve immediately.
Serves 2 to 4
