STRAWBERRY ALMOND TOAST (Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce)


1/2 cup E&V Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce
8 ounces Mascarpone cheese
8 slices whole grain sprouted berry bread, or bread of choice
1 pint fresh strawberries, stems removed and sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Preparation Instructions:
Whip mascarpone cheese and E&V Strawberry Champagne Finishing Sauce until smooth, toast bread and spread cheese mixture evenly over toast. top with sliced strawberries and almonds and enjoy. Serves 4
