Placing an Order 

Opening Orders

The minimum opening order is 5 cases; 2 case minimum reorder.  We do not mix or split cases.

A copy of your State Retail Certificate and Federal Tax ID number must accompany your opening order before we can process and ship.  Please provide contact information along with complete shipping and billing address, phone number, fax number and email address.

Terms

Opening orders are all shipped prepaid by AMEX, VISA, MC, DISCOVER or check.  A customer may apply for N30 terms on future orders if they have been an established business for at least one year.  You can either contact your Earth & Vine sales representative or contact Earth & Vine direct at 888.723.8463 or via email at customerservice@earthnvine.com for a credit application.

Samples

Samples are provided at no charge for all opening orders.  Earth & Vine Provisions will provide one free sample for each 3 cases of the same flavor ordered.  Additional samples can be purchased for $1.00 (Beverage Elixir samples @ $3.00 each) per jar per case purchased.  All samples are marked accordingly.

Shipping

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Lincoln, CA via Federal Express Ground service or via LTL. 

Shelf Life 

All products have a two-year shelf life. 
 

Recipe Cards

Twelve recipe cards at no charge are available per case purchased. Additional recipe cards may be purchased for .50 per dozen.  You may also down load recipes and easy demo ideas from our web site www.earthnvine.com
