2 large tomatoes
2 large fresh mozzarella balls
E&V Roma Tomato Chili Jam
Course sea salt & fresh cracked pepper
Fresh basil for garnish
Preparation Instructions: Slice tomatoes and mozzarella about 1/4 inch thickness. Layer tomato slice, mozzarella slice, top with 1 teaspoon of E&V Roma Tomato Chili Jam and repeat 3 layers. Ingredients should make 2 stacks depending on size of tomatoes.
Tressa's Tip: Place tomato stack on a bed of butter lettuce and drizzle with a touch of olive oil. This is a great starter to any meal or a light afternoon snack.
