SMOKED SALMON DEVILED EGGS (Lemon Dill Mustard)

Ingredients:

12 large eggs
3 tablespoons E&V Lemon Dill Mustard
6 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
2 ounces smoked salmon, minced

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Hard boil eggs for 10 minutes. Let cool, peel and cut in half, remove yolks and place in separate bowl.  Add E&V Lemon Dill Mustard, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend with a fork until smooth, gently fold in salmon and chives.  Fill egg halves with egg mixture and sprinkle remaining chives on top. Yields: 24 deviled eggs.
