ROMA TOMATO CREAM CHEESE DIP (Roma Tomato Chili Jam)
1 jar E&V Roma Tomato Chili Jam
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in olive oil
4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
whole grain crackers
Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients together until well blended but still a little chunky. Serve with crackers.
