GREEK YOGURT CUCUMBER DIP (Lemon Dill Mustard)

Ingredients:
1 English cucumber
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup E&V Lemon Dill Mustard
1 teaspoon sea salt
3 medium to large garlic cloves, crushed
Pita chips or pita bread

Preparation Instructions:
Peel cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. With a small spoon scoop out cucumber
seeds and discard, cut cucumber into cubes. In a food processor puree all ingredients
until smooth. Serve with pita bread or pita chips. This also makes a great dip for
steamed artichokes, steamed vegetables or serve alongside lamb or chicken
