BANANA CARAMEL TART (Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce)

Ingredients:
1 pie dough, home made or store bought
8 ounces Mascarpone cheese
8 ounces E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce
2 large ripe bananas
9 inch tart shell pan

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out pie dough just large enough to fit tart pan. Place pie dough in tart pan, pinch around the edges and prick dough multiple times with a fork. Bake pie dough for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. While dough is cooling blend together Mascarpone cheese and 4 ounces E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce. Spread mixture evenly over tart shell. Slice bananas medium-thin and arrange in a circular design until tart is covered with banana slices. Drizzle with more E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce. Slice and serve with French vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream. Serves 8
