BANANA CARAMEL APPLE PARFAIT (Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce)

Ingredients:
4 cooking apples, such as Granny Smith
4 tablespoons butter
6 ounces E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce
1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 cups cranberry pecan granola

Cooking & Preparation Instructions:
Peel and core apples and cut into small cubes. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté apples until soft. Turn off heat and add 4 ounces of E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce, let cool. Whip whipping cream into soft peaks, then add 2 ounces E&V Caribbean Banana Caramel Finishing Sauce and whip just until incorporated. In 4 parfait or martini glasses, layer apples, whip cream and granola, repeating layers, topping off with granola. Serves 4
