BABY KALE SALAD (Raspberry Shallot Vinaigrette)

Ingredients:
5 ounces baby kale mix
2 tomatoes, seeded and sliced
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds, raw or toasted
½ cup shaved parmesan cheese
¼ cup or more E&V Raspberry Shallot Vinaigrette
Salt and pepper

Preparation Instructions:
Toss all ingredients with desired amount of E&V Raspberry Shallot Vinaigrette, salt and pepper to taste and serve. Serves 4
