3 oz honey maple ham slices 2 oz Greyer cheese 1 ½ tablespoon Earth & Vine Provisions Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade 2 slices sourdough bread 1 egg 1 tablespoon milk 1 tablespoon butter Cooking Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade on one side of bread, top with ham slices and then cheese. Top with second slice of bread. In a pie pan whisk together egg and milk, place sandwich in egg mixture and let soak for 30 seconds, turn over and let other side soak. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium low-heat and grill sandwich until toasted and browned on both sides. Place sandwich on a baking dish and place in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
