6 ears of fresh corn 3 tablespoon butter, melted 3 oz Cotija cheese, finely crumbled 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped Cooking Instructions Preheat grill or broiler. Shuck and clean corn cobbs. Brush with melted butter and grill or broil on all sides until toasted but not burned. Place on platter and sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. Serve warm. |
