1 large head Romaine lettuce about 10 cups, wash, dried and chop 8 oz cooked turkey meat, chopped 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped 6 oz crumbled blue cheese 1 cup dried cranberries 1 ripe pear, cored and cubed 12 oz bacon, cooked and chopped 1 1/4 cup Earth & Vine Provisions Honey Pear Vinaigrette Cooking Instructions On a large plater plate lettuce and top with chopped ingredients. Just before serving toss with Honey Pear Vinaigrette and serve. Tressa's Tip: This is a wonderful dinner salad anytime of year. Optional ingredients: use fresh figs in place of pears and chicken in place of turkey. |
