Ingredients: 1 lb ground lamb 1 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/2 cup Earth & Vine Provisions Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam 1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped 3 tablespoons red onion, minced 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 tablespoons Herbs De Provence spices 1 teaspoon salt 12 slider buns Yogurt Cucumber Dill Sauce made with Earth & Vine Provisions Lemon Dill Mustard Cooking Instructions: Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Divide into 12 even pieces and form into patties. Cook on a preheated, oiled, grill or skillet over medium low heat to desired doneness. Top each slider with a tablespoon of Yogurt Cucumber Dill Sauce. Yields 12
