Ingredients: Whole wheat or sourdough English muffins Earth & Vine Provisions Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam Smoked cheddar cheese, sliced thick Country ham Egg
Preparation: Toast English muffins, fry egg to desired doneness and warm ham in same skillet. Spread one side of English muffin with two tablespoons Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam and top with ham, cheese and egg.
