Ingredients: 8 corn tortillas or taco shells 8 oz crab meat 1 avocado, peeled and sliced 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded 1 cup ice berg lettuce, shredded ½ Mango Horseradish Seafood Sauce 1 garlic clove, minced 1 large jalapeno, minced 1 mango, diced ¼ cup red onion, chopped ¼ cup cilantro ½ teaspoon salt
Preparation: In a medium bowl mix together Mango Horseradish Seafood Sauce, garlic, jalapeno, mango, onion, cilantro and salt. Fill tortillas with crab meat and lettuce. Top with mango mixture, cheese and avocado slices. Serves 4
