Ingredients:
17.6 oz Greek yogurt, whole or low fat
9 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Meyer Lemon Curd
12 oz raspberries, fresh or frozen
Mint springs for garnish
Preparation:
In a small bowl mix together yogurt and Meyer Lemon Curd. Layer yogurt
mixture and raspberries in a tall parfait glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
Serves 2 large or 4 small.

Add granola for a wholesome breakfast, or lady fingers to create a dessert.
