APRICOT GLAZE FOR PORK OR CHICKEN

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Earth & Vine Provisions Apricot Pineapple Tangerine Jam
1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Preparation:
Mix together and use as a glaze for chicken breasts or pork chops.
Salt and pepper meat and bake chicken or pork for 10 minutes, brush with glaze and bake until done. You can finish meat under the broiler or grill to brown glaze.
