Ingredients: 1 cup uncooked brown or white rice2 tablespoons olive oil 4 sausages, pineapple or mango flavored, cut into think rounds 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks 1 onion, cut into chunks 1 cup pineapple chunks, canned or fresh 1 cup Earth & Vine Provisions Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade Preparation: Cook rice according to package instructions. In a large
skillet heat olive oil over medium heat and add sausage, bell peppers and onion,
cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently until lightly
caramelized. Add pineapple and Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade and sauté for another 2 minutes. Pour over rice and serve. |
